Standard Delivery

gadgetcoversRus will deliver the product to the address you specify in your order. In most cases orders are dispatched within ten working days, and are sent for next business day delivery by overnight courier service or Australia Post. However any delivery times specified are approximate and gadgetcoversRus cannot be held responsible for the performance of 3rd party courier suppliers or Australia Post. You should realistically expect delivery of your product within 14 business days from the date of order.

If delivery cannot be made to your nominated delivery address, a card will be left explaining how you can arrange delivery or pick-up the product. Delayed delivery is not a basis for cancellation of the order or a request for compensation.

All prices displayed on gadgetcoversRus include G.S.T. and shipping costs, with the exception of international deliveries and specific group buying vouchers (i.e. Spreets, Cudo, Groupon etc.).

gadgetcoversRus ships goods Australia wide only. At this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website. Please contact us to enquire about a special order or any international deliveries.

Special Delivery

If you have a specific delivery date in mind, we can try to prioritise your order for delivery on that date. Please send an email with your Order Number and the date you need the gadget cover, to info@gadgetcoversrus.com.au. We will do our best to make this happen for you. Please Note: This is still not guaranteed, but the earlier you send us your wanted date, the more likely it is that we will be able to help you out.

Customer Pick Up

If you have nominated to collect your products from gadgetcoversRus, you will need to have one of the following forms of ID with you at the time of collection:

  • Australian Drivers License including Learners Permit with photo
  • Keypass with photo.
  • Proof of Age Card that is approved by the government with photo and signature within the seal.
  • Australian Passport with permanent residency.
  • Police, Government or Armed Services sealed Identification Card with photo and signature within the seal.
  • Pension cards for aged/invalid/widows/supporting parents/carers or TPI/Limbless Association.
  • Major Credit Card.
  • Print of confirmation email with ID number

Pick up address is 81-85 Cambridge Street, Collingwood, Victoria, 3066, Monday-Friday between 8:30am-5:30pm.
